All methodologies, frameworks, and documentation developed by InnoviesIT remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
InnoviesIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
Payment terms, milestones, and service fees will be defined in individual service agreements or project contracts.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the contractual agreement, subject to written notice and applicable settlement terms.
